Chemical pump design concept:
- Compared with the traditional chemical centrifugal pump, the pump front cover, back cover, impeller, water tank, shaft seal protection of perfluorinated centrifugal pump are all made of high-quality PVDF raw materials, and one injection molding effectively improves the overall structural strength of the pump, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and other special properties.
- The new idling water tank is connected with the new mechanical seal (our invention patent) through the circulating pipe, which effectively ensures that the sealing fixed ring and the rotating end face have long-term coolant infiltration, which can effectively protect the sealing and will not quickly damage the sealing assembly due to air transport.
3) The flow channel of the pump body is based on the principles of fluid mechanics and kinematics, the establishment of scientific hydraulic model, volute structure design, combined with modern advanced manufacturing technology, to achieve excellent comprehensive performance, cost-effective, beautiful and high appearance level products.
